Data collection

  • The app does not require a Niente Da Dire account.
  • The app does not include advertising, third-party tracking SDKs, or app-owned analytics.
  • Measurements, analysis, replay, and exports are processed on the device unless a platform feature that you initiate, such as sharing or purchase processing, is used.

Local files

  • Recordings, sessions, generated files, and exports are stored locally in the app container or in user-selected iOS locations.
  • Deleting the app removes app-local files unless you have exported or copied them elsewhere.
  • Niente Da Dire cannot access files that remain only on your device.

Permissions

  • The app asks iOS permissions only for features you use, such as camera, microphone, location, motion sensors, files, or photo/library sharing.
  • You can change permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
  • If location is enabled, it is used for app functionality such as session metadata, maps, speed, altitude, or trace export, depending on the app.

Purchases and sharing

  • In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Niente Da Dire does not receive your payment card details.
  • Sharing happens only when you use iOS share, export, Files, or another system-provided destination.
  • Any data you send to third-party apps, cloud storage, email, or messaging services is governed by those services after you choose to share it.
